1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. International shipping is available on select products only.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro cities: 5–12 business days
  • Other locations: 10–15 business days
  • Remote or special-access areas may take longer

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹5000
  • Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your shipment on the courier’s website or through your account dashboard.

6. Delays and Issues

Pellet Shop is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, public holidays, or customs/security checks.

7. Risk of Loss

All items are shipped with tracking. Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a package is undelivered due to incorrect address, refusal, or absence of recipient, and is returned to us, re-shipping charges will apply. Refunds for returned packages will exclude original shipping charges.
